Latest News Tryouts for 2008/2009 Teams April 14th, 2008 Tryouts for the 2008/2009 teams will be held May 3rd & 17th 1:00p - 4:00p. Christmas Holiday December 20th, 2007 The last team practice for 2007 will be on Wednesday December 19th, practices will resume on Sunday January 6th. The gym will be open for tumble and cheer classes on December 27th, January 2nd and January 3rd with the following schedule. 1:00p - 2:00p Tumbling 2:00p - 3:00p Cheer 3:00p - 4:00p Tumbling 4:00p - 5:00p Cheer Next Competition November 18th, 2007 Our next competition will be in Broken Arrow on December 1st. Thanksgiving Holiday November 18th, 2007 The gym will be closed November 21st and 22nd (Wednesday & Thursday) for Thanksgiving. All other days will be normal practice and class schedule. New Season Begins Team practices start July 31st. Competition Canceled The first competition scheduled for October has been canceled. Cheer Athletes of Northwest Arkansas Cheer Athletes is a non-profit organiziation which helps raise money to pay expenses for cheer and competitions. There are many exciting fund raisers planned for the next year. The first fund raiser will be a pancake breakfast at Applebees on June 16th. More details avialable soon!! The cost to join Cheer Athletes in $25/year. Signup sheets are available in the gym. Saturday Practices All teams will have Saturday practices starting in August until our first competition in October (except camp Saturdays and Labor day weekend). 2007 Stunt Camp Stunt camp is currently scheduled for the first weekend in August (August 4th & 5th). More details avaialble soon. 2007 Tumble Camp Coach Love will be returning to our gym this summer for another Tumble Camp. The camp is currectly scheduled for August 11th & 12th. Fees will be announced soon. 2007/2008 Season The summer schedule will begin on June 11th. During the summer months there are no scheduled team practices. However, every team member is expected to be in the gym at least once a week for cheer, tumble or stund. Remember, fees are charged 12 months a year (even summer months). Regular team practices will resume with Blue Diamonds on July 29th. Competition Canceled May 6th, 2007 The handbooks and schedules passed out during tryouts show a competition in Arlington on May 3, 2008. Please scratch this off your schedule, we no longer plan to attend.
